Hi, my name is Annabelle and I’m a trained pastry chef located in Melbourne, Australia, with over a decade’s experience in the kitchen. I started baking properly in 2009 to fill a void in my life at the time. Turns out, I had managed to find my calling. Soon after, I attended William Angliss institute where I completed my patisserie education. Since then I have worked in the industry as a pastry chef and also been the founder of a cake store, The Moonbeam Kitchen, from 2013-2017.

From 2017 onwards I worked as a store manager, cooking school manager, cooking class teacher and operations manager to a food retail business. On the side I have also worked as a recipe tester and developer. My specialty is making the perfect pastry case, however I’m always looking for the next challenge!

I’m here to share my deep love of pastry and to join with others who feel the same way about putting on an apron, in pursuit of the same mission. To make something truely memorable and of course inescapably delicious.
